The Astrology of 2025 represents some of the most significant spans of
planetary activity in a short period that we've seen in quite some time.
For perspective on how different the chart will look, compare my
2024 Solar Return chart vs. my 2025 Solar Return chart.

Here's an overview of the major celestial shifts occurring in 2025:
- Uranus (changes signs every 7 years)
- Neptune (changes signs every 13 years)
- Saturn (changes signs roughly every 2.5 - 3 years)
- Nodal Axis (eclipse points that changes signs every 18 months)
- Jupiter (changes signs every 12 months)
Note: Pluto re-entered Aquarius in November 2024 and will be there for two plus decade
Additional notes:
We have a Mars retrograde stationing direct a week before Venus stations retrograde
all during an eclipse period that kicks off shortly after. Translation- March - April is poppin'!
So what does a confluence of planetary movement mean for you?
This unusual clustering of transitions in 2025 suggests a year of profound shifts
in both personal and collective experiences and much like the two charts above
- I expect the world to look and operate differently in the next 2 years.
Throughout history, these periods have been significant based on their
configuration with a nation or region's natal chart. For the United States
specifically, astrologers have had Uranus ingressing into Gemini on their
watch-list because it represents a natal return- meaning the planet is returning
to the same sign it was in at the country's founding chart. This transit coincides
with major turning points in the nation's history- including the Revolutionary War,
Civil War, and US involvement in WWII.
Another factor upping the activity level of 2025 is that all of the planets when
they change signs shift in polarity (classically categorized as masculine/feminine
signs) and move from the more receptive/passive earth/water signs to the more
active/outward polarity of air/fire signs. In a later newsletter we'll discuss the'
long-standing-cooperative aspects that will be formed due to this shift between
Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune.
One last interesting note. If you look at the chart of January 2025 and
December 2025, almost all of the planets that previously changed signs return
to their 2025 starting places; albeit transformed by what occurred in their earlier journey.
